We manufacture doors to fit your specific dimensions and also offer in person consultations throughout all of Florida!

  • Custom fabrication takes approximately 10-14 weeks. Installation typically takes one day once the door arrives.

  • What are your payment terms for custom iron doors and installation?

    Our payment schedule is structured around project milestones to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the process.

    1. Door Manufacturing

    The cost of the custom iron door is paid in full prior to production. This allows materials to be ordered and fabrication to begin on schedule.

    2. Delivery

    Delivery is paid once the order arrives at the warehouse. Payment is due within three (3) days of notification of receipt.

    For Florida Homes

    3. Installation & Permit Stage

    A 30% payment is required to schedule installation and to initiate and pull any required permits.

    4. Installation Completion

    Once the door has been installed, completed, and prepared for inspection, a 60% payment is due.

    5. Final Inspection

    The remaining 10% balance is due after the installation passes final inspection and all required approvals are completed.
