Explore Impact-Rated →We sell the right door — never just one factory’s catalog.
Most door companies represent a single manufacturer — so they sell you whatever is in their catalog. PDA is independent. We weigh manufacturers, product specifications, budget and aesthetics before presenting options, then supply the one you choose. Our only goal is the right entrance for your project.
We don’t just ship steel and glass. We help you choose confidently — storm protection, architectural presence, and an entrance worthy of the home behind it.

Service & Support
Where our Florida experience pays off.
PDA started in Florida, supplying impact-exposed coastal projects. That is where we learned which manufacturers document their products properly and which do not — and it is why we ask about exposure wherever a project sits.
Where a project calls for it, we supply the manufacturer’s impact glazing and Florida Product Approval / NOA documentation, for review by your contractor, design professional and local authority.
- Impact Glass PackageImpact-rated glazing tested to TAS 201–203 per the selected system — the storm-season upgrade most waterfront clients choose.
- Multi-Point Locking UpgradeThree or more engagement points distribute pressure across the frame, not just the latch. Security you can feel in the handle.
- Coastal Hardware PackageMarine-grade stainless or corrosion-resistant powder-coated hardware, specified for salt air and gulf exposure.
- Specialty & Privacy GlassRain, Flemish, frosted, and low-E options that tune light, privacy, and efficiency to the home.
- Custom Finish ProgramOil-rubbed bronze, custom powder-coat colors, and premium textures beyond standard matte black.
- Oversized & Arched OpeningsComplex openings and grand arches — the sizes other suppliers decline to quote. Structural detailing stays with your design professional.
Signature upgrades quoted per project — availability depends on selected manufacturer, opening, jurisdiction, and approval path. Tell Paul what matters and the estimate reflects it.
Review My Opening & Options
What does a custom door cost?
Most custom entries are not $2,000 big-box doors. They are built to order — sourced from the manufacturer whose system fits your opening, your documentation requirements, and your budget.
Options at every levelWe present multiple products at different price points so you can see the range before committing. Pricing covers the product, its documentation and freight coordination.
Final product pricing depends on manufacturer, size, glass, finish, approval path, and shipping. Tell us what you need and we’ll come back with multiple options and straightforward pricing.

Rob D.ClearwaterFrequently asked.
Do I need measurements to start?
No. Tell us what you need, or send photos or plans to 813-460-8708, and Paul reviews it and comes back with product options. Final measurements are verified and approved by you or your contractor before anything is ordered.
Why should I text a photo first?
A photo shows the opening, the architecture, and the likely product requirements at once. It's the fastest way to get real direction without a sales visit.
Are your doors impact rated?
Impact-rated options are available. PDA reviews the likely product approval or NOA path for your opening and jurisdiction before anything is ordered, and supplies the documentation. Final approval rests with your local building department.
What about permits?
PDA supplies the manufacturer’s product approval documentation for your permit package. PDA does not pull permits, provide engineering approval, or determine code compliance — your contractor, design professional, and local building department do.
What is a Florida Product Approval or NOA?
Florida's systems for verifying a product meets state and Miami-Dade code requirements. The right path depends on your jurisdiction and the selected system — PDA reviews it before ordering and supplies the documentation, but your local authority makes the final determination.
Can you work with my builder or architect?
Yes — that’s a core part of the business. PDA supports product selection, specifications, approval documentation, and supplier coordination for project teams. Your builder or contractor takes it from there.
Do you only sell one manufacturer?
No — that's the point. PDA is independent. We weigh manufacturers, engineering, budget, aesthetics, and Florida code before recommending anything. Never one factory's catalog.
How long does a custom door take?
Production time is set by the manufacturer of the product you select and is confirmed in writing with your quote, along with freight.
What areas do you serve?
Based in Largo and supplying doors across the continental United States. Florida is our established market — Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Tampa, all of Pinellas and the Gulf beaches, plus Sarasota, Bradenton and Naples.
What affects the price?
Manufacturer, size, glass, approval path, finish and shipping. PDA quotes the product, its documentation and freight. We present options at more than one price point.
Can you help with arched or oversized openings?
Yes. Arched, oversized and complex openings are exactly where independent sourcing earns its keep, because few manufacturers cover every size. Start with a photo.
Six steps, no showroom.
PDA is a supplier, not a contractor. That keeps the process simple and the pricing honest — you see product options from multiple manufacturers instead of whatever one catalog happens to carry.
